What TODD Gorilla is
TODD Gorilla is a browser extension that runs only on Amazon FCResearch pages. It reads the item information those pages already display and shows it in one on-screen panel, so a warehouse associate can see it at a glance.
What it accesses
- The content of the FCResearch item page you are viewing (such as ASIN, weight, dimensions, purchase-order and location fields the page already shows). This is read in your browser to build the on-screen panel.
What it sends, and where
The extension communicates with one server, toozit.io, and only for these purposes:
- Shared high-return flag list — it reads, and can add or remove, ASIN values on a shared list so the team can flag items with high return rates.
- Sign-in (only if access control is enabled) — it verifies a user name and password against toozit.io so the operator can control who may use the tool, and can end a session remotely.
It may also contact Amazon's own internal tools (for example the ASIN Profiler on rno-tools.corp.amazon.com) to look up storage information, using your existing Amazon session. That request stays within Amazon.
What it does NOT do
- It does not collect your browsing history.
- It does not collect personal information beyond the sign-in name you enter, if access control is enabled.
- It does not sell or rent any data.
- It does not use any data for advertising.
- It does not share data with third parties.
- It does not load or run code from a remote server; all of its code is contained in the published extension.
Data retention
The shared flag list stores only ASIN values and the name of whoever added each one. Sign-in records, when access control is enabled, store a user name and an active-session marker. No page content is stored on the server.
